S&G Construction Inc. is a residential general contractor based in Westminster, California, licensed as a Class B General Building Contractor under CSLB Lic. #1113089. We build accessory dwelling units and remodel kitchens, bathrooms and whole homes for owners across Orange County, Long Beach, Lakewood and the Inland Empire.
Four kinds of work
Everything S&G Construction does falls into one of four categories. ADU construction means adding a second, self-contained home to a lot that already has a house on it, whether that is a detached new build or a conversion of space you already have. Full home remodels take most or all of the rooms in a house as one project instead of one at a time. Kitchen and bathroom remodels are the two rooms people most often want reworked on their own, and both can run from new finishes in the existing layout to moving the layout itself.
What they have in common is that they are whole projects. S&G Construction is not a handyman service and does not take on small repairs or basic installations.
Orange County and beyond
Westminster is the home base, and the work goes anywhere in Orange County: Huntington Beach, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, Anaheim, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Orange, Fullerton and Newport Beach included. Projects in Long Beach, Lakewood and the Inland Empire are taken as well.
